Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or is technically defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong variant (e.g., you ordered a Black Vacuum but received White), we will ship the correct item to you immediately at no extra cost.
Non-Delivery: If your tracking information shows the package was lost in transit or hasn't arrived after 20 business days, we will issue a full refund.
Change of Mind: To maintain our competitive pricing and fast fulfillment, we do not currently accept returns for "change of mind" once the item has been shipped.
